Effective October 14, 2026. Honours Golf Sim ("we", "us") runs a mobile golf simulator trailer based in Caldwell, Idaho. Questions about anything here: bookings@honoursgolfsim.com.
By using honoursgolfsim.com, booking with us, or playing in our trailer you agree to these terms and the policies on this page. If you don't agree, please don't use the site or our services.
A booking request is not confirmed until we accept it and any required deposit is paid. Packages and prices are shown on our website; custom events are quoted in writing. We may decline any booking.
Online payments are processed by Stripe, PayPal or Square on their own secure pages; in person we use a card reader or accept cash. We never see or store your full card number. Prices on our website are shown before Idaho sales tax. The 6% Idaho sales tax is added at checkout and shown as its own line wherever the law requires it (separately stated lessons aren't taxed).
Every player must sign our participant agreement before playing (a parent or legal guardian signs for anyone under 18, and minors must be supervised by an adult). We can refuse play to anyone who hasn't signed.
Follow the attendant's instructions and posted rules. One golfer swings at a time, and only when the attendant says the bay is clear. We may stop play or remove anyone who is unsafe, impaired, abusive or damaging equipment, without a refund. You are responsible for damage you or your guests cause through misuse.
For events at your location you provide a reasonably level spot that fits the trailer, safe access, and anything listed in your booking (for example power). If the site isn't usable on arrival and we can't fix it safely, the visit may be treated as a late cancellation.
For safety we may pause or move an event for severe weather, lightning, high wind or other conditions outside our control. We'll work with you to reschedule; if we cancel and can't reschedule, you get a full refund of what you paid. We aren't responsible for delays or losses caused by events beyond our reasonable control.
To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim related to a booking is limited to the amount you paid for that booking, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited. Personal-injury matters are covered by the participant agreement.
The Honours Golf Sim name, crest, photos and website content belong to us. Golf simulator software and course names belong to their owners.
These terms are governed by Idaho law. Disputes go to the state or federal courts for Canyon County, Idaho, unless the law requires otherwise. If part of these terms can't be enforced, the rest still applies. We may update these terms; the version on this page at the time of your booking applies to that booking.
We use one essential cookie to keep you signed in. We count visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which uses no cookies and doesn't track you across other websites. We don't use advertising trackers or sell data to advertisers.
To run your booking, take payments, keep the participant agreement on file, send confirmations and reminders, run leagues, answer your messages, keep our records (including tax records), keep the site secure, and, only if you opt in, send occasional news about events and leagues.
We don't sell or rent personal information. We share it only with services that help us operate, under their own privacy and security terms: Cloudflare (hosting, database and email), Stripe, PayPal or Square (payments), and our insurer, attorney, accountant or authorities when needed for a claim, legal obligation or to protect people's safety.
Our website isn't directed to children and we don't knowingly collect information online directly from children under 13. Information about a minor comes from their parent or legal guardian when signing the participant agreement. Parents and guardians can contact us to review that information.
Booking and payment records are kept as long as tax law requires. Signed participant agreements are kept for as long as a claim could be brought, which for minors can be several years past their 18th birthday. Other information is deleted or anonymized when it's no longer needed.
You can ask to see, correct or delete your information by emailing bookings@honoursgolfsim.com. We'll honor deletion requests except for records we must keep (tax, payments and signed agreements). You can stop marketing emails any time by replying "unsubscribe". Booking and safety emails aren't marketing and will still be sent.
See Security below. If a breach ever affects your personal information, we'll notify you and the authorities as required by Idaho law (Idaho Code 28-51-104 to 28-51-107) and the law where you live.
We'll post any changes here with a new effective date.
Every player signs this before playing (a parent or legal guardian signs for anyone under 18). Sign it online here. A copy is emailed after signing.
We photograph and film in and around the trailer, and the simulator records swings, to share the fun on our website and social media and in advertising. The participant agreement includes permission to use those images. Signs at the trailer let everyone nearby know filming may happen. If you'd rather not be featured, tell the attendant before you play and we'll make reasonable efforts to keep you out of our posts. You can also email us to ask us to take down a post you appear in. We don't use a child's full name publicly without a parent's or guardian's separate permission.
Tips are always optional. 100% of every tip, whether cash, on the card reader, online or through our "tip your attendant" QR code, goes to the crew who worked your event. Tips are never kept by the company or used to pay wages we owe.
We want everyone to enjoy Honours Golf Sim. Our website aims to meet WCAG 2.1 AA guidelines; if something on it is hard to use, email us and we'll help and fix it. The simulator bay is inside our trailer and reached by stairs. Tell us ahead of your event about any accessibility needs and we'll do our best to accommodate, for example by setting up activities at ground level, such as our mini golf course.
